The Treatment Plan that Got My Client HPV Negative in 12 Months
This is my client Alice’s treatment plan. She put this together doing the HPV Online Program.
Her finished program includes 3 pages: one for supplements, one for diet, and one for lifestyle.
For the supplements, she had a mixture of immune boosting supplements and stress supporting supplements. There are some probiotics here as well for her vaginal microbiome and some for her anxiety, the Rhodiola complex and the vitamin B. She put all this together using the videos in the program.
Next is her ideal diet plan. It includes her ideal breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. So she didn't grab things that were not in line with her treatment goals.
And the last page was all about her lifestyle. She chose the categories to be sleep, when she's stressed at work, her relationships, and self-care, because these were the most important to her.
Every one has a different categories here and different things they need to work on. And these also evolve over time. When we start to have new habits, then we move on to other things.
I include a module in the course all about adapting to change, which is a really important part of a healing plan because you evolve and you change and your needs change and things just happen in life.
This healing journey is not like a one month thing – it's a long-term thing.
After 12 months of sticking to this plan, Alice was able to become HPV negative.
